Colombia Campo Hermoza is a typical Colombian coffee. I would describe it as very aromatic and unique because of the taste. These are coffee beans processed in a natural way (which makes it very funky), which leaves a really rounded taste of caramel, rum and fruit.
The coffee beans come from the Huila region, which is best known for producing the highest quality coffee beans. It’s about you micro lot coffee. This means that the coffee was produced in very small quantities, and I myself managed to gain only about 30kg. It is a specialty coffee that was only produced around 400kg and all the coffee bags were sold out in an instant.
Interestingly, it is suitable for both filter preparation and espresso. With the ideal extraction, we get a creamy coffee, which already indicates with its smell that it is something special.
