General Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of the Bani Beans online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

Purchase without user registration

The user can make a purchase as a guest. This means that the data is stored only for the purpose of purchase and not for registration.
Data for purchases without registration are as follows:
– Name and surname
– E-mail
– Address and house number
– City
– Company
– Phone

Availability of information

Martina Bergant sp undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
a) company identity (name and registered office, register number)
b) contact details that enable the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone)
c) essential characteristics of the goods or services (including sales services and guarantees)
d) product availability
e) conditions of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place and time of delivery)
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and clearly displayed, prices include 22% VAT and do not include shipping costs
g) method of payment and delivery
j) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service.

Prices and offer of items

Prices are in EUR, the seller is not subject to VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices do not include shipping costs.

Methods of payment

The buyer pays the purchase price in three ways:

1 upon receipt of the goods (payment on delivery) in cash
2 by bank transfer according to the pro forma invoice (before dispatch of the goods) to the bank account of Martina Bergant sp
3 card payment

Purchase process

1 The customer adds the selected products to the cart. The customer can view the selected product or several products by clicking on the cart. Here, the selected product can be removed, the quantity changed and the purchase amount and delivery costs monitored. When the customer is satisfied with the selected products, he sends the order. The customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been sent.
2 Order in progress. When the bidder reviews the order, he checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the provider notifies the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time. The contract on the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
3 The goods shall be prepared and dispatched within the agreed time limit.

Delivery time

For products in stock in the basic warehouse, delivery is 1-3 working days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is up to 15 days after receiving the order. In the event of a longer delivery time, the buyer will be notified of the estimated delivery time by e-mail, which was specified at the time of registration.

Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods

A buyer who concludes a distance contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The buyer must notify the bidder in writing of the intended return, no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods by mail (Martina Bergant sp, V Murglah 97, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia) or to the contact e-mail address, and return the goods to the address of the tenderer within 30 days of the notification of withdrawal. The costs incurred in returning the object of purchase are covered by the buyer himself. Martina Bergant sp is not obliged to accept redemption shipments or shipments that do not meet the general terms and conditions. In the case of delivery at our expense, the buyer is obliged to return the cost of return according to the valid price list of Pošta Slovenije.

Products must be returned undamaged, unused, in the same quantity and in the original unopened packaging, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased without the consumer’s fault. A copy of the invoice must be attached.

Martina Bergant sp will refund the payments as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. Refunds of payments are made to the customer’s bank account.

Concluding distance contracts

Contracts are concluded in the Slovenian language and are kept at the company’s headquarters. The buyer can request a copy of the contract via the contact address of the provider (Martina Bergant sp, V Murglah 97, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia) or to the contact e-mail address


The bidder will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time.
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently.
The delivery service delivers the products during its working hours. Most shipments are delivered the next working day after the shipment of the ordered product (s) (you will receive a notification to the e-mail you provided during registration). Delivery takes place mainly in the morning.

For delivery with Pošta Slovenije and the method of payment by cash on delivery, an additional cost of 1.07% of the value of the order or at least € 1.05. This cost is not taken into account in the amount of the order and the buyer is obliged to pay it to Pošta Slovenije.

Protection of personal data

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user.
The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.
Under no circumstances will the user’s data be passed on to unauthorized persons.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his username and password.


The provider makes every effort to ensure the up-to-dateness and accuracy of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.
Although the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the items sold, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. The photos do not guarantee the properties of the product.

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. It has an effective grievance system in place. In case of problems, the customer can contact Volo doo by phone or e-mail and thus communicate his complaint.
The bidder will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days and inform the buyer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.

The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
