Another excellent coffee from Colombia’s most famous farm, El Paraiso. In recent years, Diego Samuel Bermudez has built a reputation for his innovative approach to the most complex coffees from South America. Alex (Diego’s brother) has used the knowledge he gained from Diego to help create very fruity and sweet coffee beans in recent years.

The beans have an exceptionally creamy texture, a distinct plum flavour and a deep, rich sweetness. Exceptional for filter and espresso
